Subtitles not working

    My subtitles are not showing up and i have no idea why, what file format should i use for the subtitles?

    We recommend WebVTT for subtitles.

    What controls SHOULD be showing?

    I have is, Volume, play/pause, and full screen, should there be others?

    There should be a “Subtitles ON/OFF” button before the “Volume” control that is missing from the last update. Our quick version is ready with this fix. We will have this released in a few hours. Kindly be patient.

    Also, there should be “Current time” and “Duration” options in the control bar. Are you not seeing them?

    Oh yeah that is there as well so I’m just missing the Subtitles on/off

    I confirm the subtitles working fine now. Kindly get me your site link in where I can check this directly.

    1. Kindly go to Video Gallery => Settings => General (tab) => Player Settings (submenu) from your WordPress Admin Panel
    2. Locate the “Player Controls” option and make sure the “Subtitles” option enabled

    Aah. I mistyped “Subtitles” as “Tracks”. I see it’s already enabled. I doubt there is a CORS issue. Kindly get me your site link. So, I can check this directly.

    I managed to get your site link from your other posts. I see you have added a SRT file. Sorry, we no longer support this file format and the subtitles should be in the VTT file format.

    When I turn on subtitles, they dont show, what is the proper way to add them (I am using the correct vtt format) do you have an example i can go off of?
