Subversion is working very slowly recently

Hi,

Could you please suggest any solution for the problem? Recently Turtoise SVN is accessing subversion https://plugins.svn.www.ads-software.com/my-plugin/ very slowly. Is it a common problem?

It loads after 3-5 minutes of waiting! And now it shows all the plugins in a tree view not just the folders of my own plugin but all others too.
