When I use Subway to hide the content of my site, it won’t load at all. It just says that there are too many redirects.

Then when I deactivate the plugin, the website works fine again. What should I do?

    Kind Regards

May I know what the version of the Subway are you using and what redirection option did you select in side ‘Settings’ > ‘Subway’? Thanks ??

Thanks for getting back to me.

Looks like the problem disappeard after I played around with a bunch of setting
and uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin.

Version 2.0.5 is what I am using.

And the redirect option is to a specific page. In my case, the Thrive theme Dashboard for my social media site.

Do you have an Idea why this could have happened?

I suspect that you just need to re-save the settings in the ‘Settings’ > Subway because we have renamed few options there :).

I’m afraid the same issue is back. It comes in cycles it seems. And I didn’t change anything on the site. I just keep getting redirect timeouts when I log out or want to get back on the site. Basically every member on the site is having that same issue… ??
