    I just used your plugin to migrate a website and i had the same problem as last time.

    The backup was successful and so was the restoration, but nothing changed.
    I logged out then logged back in, still nothing, i checked the frontend and no change, still the default 2021 theme, i hit hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) 3 times, again nothing changes, I look in Pages and all i see is the default Sample page and Privacy page.
    I check a few more things, then a couple of minutes later i randomly get signed out, and only now when i sign back in has the site actually been restored/migrated … like 5 minutes after it said it was successful…that’s plenty of time for me to give a 1 star review.

    And speaking of reviews, i updated my 1 star review to a 3 star a good while back, but it seems that was deleted too, i really don’t appreciate that, it’s making me want to report you.
    I’m gonna leave another 3 star review, and that better not get deleted.

    My apologies for such a late reply, but we didn’t get any notification about your post.

    I want to inform you that we cannot remove or modify any reviews added by users. Only WordPress Forum moderators can do that or authors.

    The issue you’re describing sounds like a caching system, included in Web Server, which is not configured correctly.
    Could you please let me know, what is your hosting provider?

    Could you please test your backup on our testing platform?
    It also includes PHP caching system, but it’s correctly configured for the site administrators (here: https://tastewp.com).

    The issue can be also caused by the database server or file permissions of wp-config.php. If the file is not writable or it uses managed hosting and the file requires some time to be updated everywhere in your hosting network. That may be the main cause of the issue (happens only when you have different table prefixes [source site vs destination site]).

    Let me know if you can confirm any of the above.

    For some reason i only noticed this reply now and i didn’t get a notification for your first reply.

    I definitely haven’t resolved anything, i don’t even think it’s something i need to resolve as other cloning plugins don’t have this issue.

    Our hosting provider is https://d9.hosting/

    I’m not in the mood or have time to troubleshoot your plugin for you, so whatever.

    I think each site has a different table prefix, we use Softaculous to install WordPress, so whatever default settings that has it what we use.
