    In mobile and tablet I have the menu off canvas.

    If I take a look at the source code, I can see that you are still using the Primary Menu element for both. Please have a look at this screenshot. The one at the bottom that I marked with a red box, it is the Menu on the Mobile Header.

    If the Off-Canvas Menu element is used for the Mobile Header, the code will look like this.

    When I said Off-Canvas Menu element, I was referring to this. If you have the same on the Customizer like seen in that screenshot, you should have no problem you mentioned in your initial post, as the ID would be unique.
