Success message not showing

  • Hi there,

    Thanks for this plugin! I’m having trouble with the register functionality. When the register form is being submitted successfully, the success message isn’t showing. Also, when an error message is visible, it doesn’t hide the error message. The user does get subscribed successfully.

    Does anyone else have the same problem?

    hmm, sorry but this works for me; do you have sample link to your site for us to see? or just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems
