Success Message Not Showing, Sending Icons Spinning

On this form: https://ebcogc.com/contact/, after hitting send, the Sending Icon sits there and never shows the success message.
I’m seeing this in the error div
<div class="ajax-error">Unexpected token <</div>Not sure why that is happening. I’ve read through the forum and see several other options. I have not tried disabling other plugins or the theme as that’s not really an option for us.
