Success Message/Thank You Message doesn’t appear after subscribing to the form

    Hi there!

    I created a pop-up form via Mailchimp and it worked well on the website. However, after clicking the subscribe button, the success message/thank you message doesn’t appear on the website. It redirects me to another thank you message made from the form builder.

    Help please. Many many thanks!

    I just tested the form and it works normally for me, does not redirect to another page. Did you already fix the issue?

    Hi @lapzor thank you for your response. I still couldn’t see the thank you/success pop-up message on the website. I used 3-4 new email addresses just to test the form.

    There is no popup, just a message underneath the form.
