Success message (thank you) not showing

  • Hello, please, I need some guidance to fix this.
    The success message is not showing in contact form 7
    I am not sure why.

    If you are willing to create a new question, which details your issues, somebody will likely be able to help you there.

    I tested your form. It looks like you could have a JavaScript conflict with your WP theme or one of the other plugins you are using.

    Switch temporarily (nothing will be lost when you switch back) to a WP default theme & disable all plugins other than Contact Form 7 to see if the problem goes away.

    If it does you can switch back to your theme & re-activate each plugin one by one to see when the problem occurs.

    Hi @buzztone

    I follow your instructions and the plugin that was causing the problem is POST SMTP version 2.0.6.
    I disabled post smtp and the problem disappeared.
