Success Redirect Gets 404

Same issues i’m having,

After “Thank you for subscribing” It’s redirected to 404 error page.

How do we fix this?

I had to add header(“Location: https://urlhere.com”);

inside the plugin code below,

$message =’ Thanks for subscribing’;

i also tried $header =

The problem with using the header code is you can only send it to one page (without programming the original page). Can’t this widget not refresh the page?
