Successful but need update.

  • The plugin works very well. Almost all of our products appear in google shopping. but we have a small problem. Our products start broadcasting in the morning and go off the air around 14:00 – 15:00 during the day. Not even one of our products is on google. The cron update is around 15:00 in the daytime. probably our problem is related to the update time. I installed the WP_CRON plugin but I couldn’t find any gla related results in the cron lists. I think the problem will go away if we set the update time of the lists to midnight. I do not know how to do it. Could you help. Also, it doesn’t update automatically every time we update a product. just update it around 03:00 midnight.

    Thanks for taking the time to share your experience.

    The issue you’re describing is unusual. Typically, your products should remain in Google Merchant Center and the extension syncs product changes.

    I recommend creating a support thread so we can help investigate the issue.
