Successful conversion, great support

I am an amateur at WordPress and Web sites. I had to get help from my host to do make the database connection, but once I did, the plug-in worked like a dream. When I needed support, I got a reply very quickly and the problem (my mistake) was explained and resolved professionally within a day. Bravo!
I bought the premium version and it is quite reasonable; recommended.
