Successful form registration redirect URL not working correctly

    Hi! After user registers it redirects the user to an /undefined page of the same page where the form was and gives 404 ERROR cause that kind of page does not exist. What is weird is that I have set the redirect page from the plugin’s settings.

    Okay, maybe I do the normal things first before I ask questions here. I updated the plugin and my theme that is in use and the plugin is now working correctly.
