Hi, every day I get an email with the headline:
“Successful Logins With an Administrator Role”
    2a02:8106:21f:b700:9d18:6358:xxxx:yyyy ( add to blacklists )
My IP is shown with “(add to blacklist)” and “Security issues 0”
What should that message tell me? I know that I logged into my website as administrator. Do I need to receive an email for this – no!
Maybe I do not understand what CleanTalk tries to tell me – surely not to advice to add my IP to the blacklist.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

This feature is to inform you about administrator access to the website’s backend. In case it wasn’t you, you will be able to take immediate action.

If you don’t want to receive such notifications please disable the ‘Receive notifications for admin authorizations in site backend’ option in your website’s settings in CleanTalk Dashboard (https://cleantalk.org/my/)

@bneuhaus thank you for reporting us!

Actually, this feature should report you only if somebody logins from a new device. In this way, you will have only real “critical” notification because every authorization from a new device is potentially risky.

Let us a few days to check how it works on our end, we will let you know as we have results.

    Hi Denis,
I login to WP-Admin from my desktop and from my laptop, both are connected via LAN in my house in Germany.
My external administrator logs in from Serbia.
Can we put the IP’s on the white list so they will not fill the security-log? How would we do this?

    Hello @bneuhaus,

Yes, you can add IP addresses to your whitelist, the guide is here:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usage

But this does not affect the security log tab. The security log will continue to fill.

Thank you for the feedback! We are going to improve logic that memorize devices for the account.

We are going to release the update until October 13. Furthermore, we will send you a beta version before the release.
