Successfully connected but no cookie set

Hello everyone!

I need your help please.

I conntected matomo with the plugin but it does not get any data!
My website does not set a cookie for matomo!

I tried already with writing the tracking code on source files, with a track manager plugin and the matomo plugin.
The code is written in page source but does not execute.

Did anyone had a similar problem?
