Successfully Registration with wrong results

  • In this plugin when i fill wrong captcha in “Registration form” and “Reset Password form”, this thinks this is right answer. So it’s not working proper.
    If i disable and enable this plugin then it will work perfect but, only for 1 day.
    Next day again disable and enable this for working fine.
    What is the problem is coming from?
    I also send you system status by click on “Send to support” from your plugin.

    We know that above problem is from “W3 Total Cache” because after empty all caches, working perfect. So just want to know how to fix it…

    It is necessary to exclude from caching the “wp-login.php” page.

    Please try the following:
    1) Go to the W3 Total Cache settings page – Admin Panel -> Performance -> Page Cache.
    2) Make sure that there is a line wp-.*\.php in the “Never cache the following pages” option. Add it if it’s lacking.
    3) Make sure that there is no line wp-login.php (or wp-.*\.php) in the “Cache exception list”. Delete it if it’s added (or modify it in such a way that “wp-login.php” page won’t be caching by W3 Total Cache plugin).
    4) Save settings.
    5) Check Captcha work.

    As a rule, after completing steps 2,3 the problem is fixed, but we can’t be sure because of W3 Total Cache settings peculiarities sometimes it is necessary to add additional changes to W3 Total Cache settings.

    Thank you for the reply. But we don’t use captcha for Login.
    We just use for only 2 pages listed below…
    (1) softfully.com/registration [and] (2) softfully.com/password-recovery

    I have the same issue while login using Login Widget created using the plugin “IW Profile”. It is possible to login to the site by entering wrong captcha also. I have given the validation message for wrong captcha. But it is not showing.

    Validation message for wrong captcha are showing for Register form, Forgot Password form and login form using wp-admin.
