So I installed the Sucuri firewall yesterday through the plugin which was simple one-click process, the app told me not to change DNS records, that all was installed and working properly. However, now can’t access the site at all or the WordPress dashboard (error: site fails to load after too many redirects). Same is true for all browsers, all users. I tried disabling the plugin via FTP but that did not fix the issue. Called GoDaddy, who told me the IP address in Sucuri is wrong. I tried changing it via Sucuri dashboard, but that introduced a new error. I changed it back and now I can see the site’s homepage on one browser but no other page and other browsers/users still can’t see it at all. I am at a loss, still waiting for action from Sucuri support. How can I fix this? Or how can I at least disable the firewall while I wait?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

apparently there was a conflict with a redirection plug in, which has since been turned off. The firewall is currently disabled, waiting for updates to DNS now. Ticket # is 16759936142700
