Sudden 301 redirection problem

Hi,
I updated WP to 4.4 and now I see a problem on a few articles, being wrongly redirected (I used a redirection tester to check this).
The website has 3 languages: English, Italian and Montenegrin.
If you visit this post in English:
https://www.zuber-gregovic.me/2015/04/vijesti-online-podgorica-2015-en/
then you select the Italian flag (the URL should be https://www.zuber-gregovic.me/2015/04/vijesti-online-podgorica-2015-ita/), you’ll get the same English page!Redirection test:
