Sudden Article Display Problem

When I select an issue from my archive page, it displays the rotator picture on top, the large picture but instead of showing all the other articles, it suddenly just displays the shortcode itself. see here for instance. https://odinia.org/current-issue/?issue=winter-2012-13 I have no idea why this is happening suddenly. I did recently make sure all my pages connected to each other and it was normal then and I don’t think anything I did in making the pages connect caused a change or I think I probably would have noticed. Your help much appreciated thanks.
