    Hi,

    I’m using 2.2.0.5 and here’s the site I’m talking about: wingedariela.com.

The other day it seems that Easing Slider deactivated itself out of nowhere. I was relieved though that, after I reactivated it, all the images were still in place. Neither I or my client believe that we were in the plugin area of the WP Dashboard to inadvertently deactivate.

Today I checked the W3C validator and I get 65 errors coming from Easing Slider (home page of https://wingedariela.com ).

Could you advise me how to get rid of these errors?

    Thanks,
    Susan

Hi Susan, that sounds very unusual. Unless someone is in the admin area or the plugin was altered in some form (such as changing it’s folder name), then there isn’t any other reason why it would have occurred. There’s always a reason why it’d deactivate ??

Regarding the validation, honestly I wouldn’t worry about it. Validation is great to achieve but sometimes impractical with modern HTML5, and won’t negatively/positively affect your site. Regardless, much of the invalidation has been removed in v2.2.0.6 so please upgrade and let me know if the situation has improved ??

Hi Matthew, Thanks for your swift response! And her’s some good news – I checked the home page of https://wingedariela.com today and all errors that had been coming from Easing Slider are gone! I don’t understand how, I haven’t changed anything since I wrote you the other day. I’m just glad. ??
