Sudden Error Curl 77

  • From today my blog is showing error cURL 77 in the backend, it does not update any plugin.

    * I have renewed the SSL certs in my server.

    * tested the download from the console: curl https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/plugin.zip –output test.zip
    It does download the file with no issues.

    * I have checked the SSL certificate, it does not cause any certificate error.

    * Running Curl in a php script does not cause any error and download the file. Which make it seems like something wrong with my wordpress installation.

    * Reinstalled the wordpress version, problem persists.

    * WordPress Version 5.4.2

    * Openssl work this command returns Ok openssl s_client -connect downloads.www.ads-software.com:443

    Is anybody else having issues when updating the plugins? How can i track from within wordpress the cause of the error?
    It doesn’t seems to be an SSL certificate error from my part. Is there any known issues with www.ads-software.com?
    Is there any other way i could test the connection?

    I get this errors when trying to enable jetpack

    In health check i get this error:

    Communicating with the WordPress servers is used to check for new versions, and to both install and update WordPress core, themes or plugins.
    Error Your site is unable to reach www.ads-software.com at 198.143.164.251, and returned the error: cURL error 77:

    But if i try to connect to those services using openssl or cURL php script everything works fine.
    I just don’t get why i can’t connect to wordpress anymore.
