    Hello,

suddenly several errors occurred in the form:

    1. For the fields with the date picker, the calendar is no longer displayed to selecting the date.
    2. Some dropdown fields cannot be opened/are empty.
    3. Although I have stored in Forminator that visitors are redirected to a specific page after submited, they are redirected to another page.
    4. No more emails will arrive to me with the completed forms.

Everything seemed to be working great before, but suddenly these things don’t work without me changing anything.

Could you please take a look at this?

    Best regards

    Christopher

    Hi @webagenten,

Trust you are doing good and I am sorry to know that you are experiencing an issue.

While taking a closer look at the issue, I observed the following error in the browser console.

Uncaught ReferenceError: datepickerLang is not defined

This means that the JavaScript variable or object datepickerLang is being referenced in the code, but it hasn’t been defined or loaded yet. This typically happens when the script or resources, are missing, not loaded correctly, or referenced before it’s properly initialized.

Do you have any optimization plugins enabled on this website?

I suspect that a plugin or theme is conflicting and causing the issue. To ensure no other plugin or theme is conflicting and causing the issue, can you please try a complete conflict test?

The following documentation should help you further: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

If this is a live website with traffic, please create a staging website and perform the test without disrupting the live traffic. A staging website is a copy of your live website in a new directory on the same server using a separate database.

Please update us here with the results so that we can help you further.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hi Nebu,
thank you for your quick reply.

I discovered that there is a conflict with the Easy Cart plugin. When I turn this off, the Forminator Form works as desired again.

How can I resolve the conflict so that I can use both plugins?

    Best regards

    Christopher

    Hi @webagenten,

Can you please confirm if you observed a conflict with the following plugin?

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-easycart/

To investigate this issue further, I set up the mentioned plugin on a test site on my end but couldn’t replicate the issue.

Could you please share an export of the form with which you encountered the problem? Instead of posting the form export directly here, kindly share it via Pastebin.com or Google Drive so we can take a closer look.

I hope the following guide comes in handy: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

We look forward to hearing back from you and help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John
