    We’ve recently found out that pending orders (via PayPal) have suddenly increased from around 0 – 1% to 4 – 6%. It began around August 14th. The log files don’t show any errors. The orders were just not completed. It is very unlikey that customers suddenly decided to cancel orders on a regular basis.

    We ran the usual updates, but did not change anything significant.

    Do you have any idea what’s going on?

    No, not based on the information you have provided. Are you referring to a pending WooCommerce order status or the PayPal order is pending? That’s an important distinction.

    As you can see from the plugin’s release notes, nothing about how the plugin processes payments has changed.

    I guess, it was a glitch on the PayPal side. Orders are back to normal now. Thanks for the fast reply!
