Sudden issue authorizing for Jetpack Backup

Hi – Recently, after connecting, Jetpack (Backup) refused to validate our user or email.
It will say “Connecting as…” with the [correct user name shown] and correct email address.After one second of trying, It reports “Error authorizing. Page is refreshing for another attempt.”
It will try again with the same results. The weird thing is – we paid for annual, about 3 months ago, and it worked fine until just recently. Following the sign up email to the letter to (re)-validate just keeps iterating the same behavior. Same Key, Email… etc.Not sure why ours won’t validate as usual now.
