  • Hi @mathclash thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, we can only assist you with help and troubleshooting for the Web Stories plugin itself. Any issues relating to traffic drops fall out of the scope of this support forum. You can find more information on this in our pinned notice here.

Hello @adamdunnage thanks by your answer =)

I know that you cannot help me with the traffic himself, but i want to check if there is some problem with configuration or something that can affect the traffic, youknow?

@mathclash You are very welcome. Looking at your Stories I can see that they are all valid with no AMP validation issues so your Stories look good to me.

I’d be happy to also check your Site Health Information if you wish to share it via this private form to see if anything stands out here but I suspect not as your Stories look good.

Hello @adamdunnage thank you, i will do this check of site health!

I’m thinking that the cause can be the WP-Rocket configuration, do you know something or experienced something beteween this two plugins?

    Hello Adam

I have sent the forms! Thank you

@mathclash Thanks for sharing the information. I can’t see anything in your setup that would point to any issues.

We have seen conflicts with WP Rocket in the past but these are not usually related to loss in traffic. I would suggest checking the minification settings as these settings have been known to cause issues.

Otherwise I would suggest following the advice on the pinned notice I shared with you earlier.

    Hello Adam!
    THank you by checking.

i think that exist an cause because its not an usual traffic down, its very expressive.

@mathclash No problem and hope you get to the bottom of this. If you have any further questions or issues with the Web Stories plugin please do let us know.

@adamdunnage i see that some user are talking about this sudden traffic down (mine its ZERO now).

Do you know if someone reached out the solution?

@mathclash Specific questions about traffic declines, ranking, crawling, and indexing are best answered by the experts at Google SEO and Analytics Help Communities.

We are unable to assist with these queries as they fall out of the scope of the Web Stories plugin support.

@adamdunnage Can CSS minify and HTML minify on LiteSpeed cache cause traffic to be 0?

@patrickggg Not as long as the minification does not break AMP validation. I recommend using the AMP Test tool to verify your story is valid. If not, please open a new support topic as this one is already resolved.
