suddenly admin url not accessible

Hello,
Using your plugin I have changed the url of wp-admin to https://theomnitrends.com/?Trends2Omni0The1Admin6=1. It worked perfectly for few months suddenly it stopped working now for below three url it just shows https://127.0.0.1/
https://theomnitrends.com/?Trends2Omni0The1Admin6=1
https://thomnitrends.com/wp-admin/
https://thomnitrends.com/login.php/I cleared cache but no effect.
Please guide how can I fix the same.
