Suddenly all forms and relevant disappear from admin panel

Hello,
I am using a paid version of Formcraft for almost 2 years. Now suddenly I got that all forms on my site stop working. I am not able to submit any form. When I click on SUBMIT button I got an error of "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'debug' of null" Even all forms & form’s submission data are disappeared from admin panel. I checked my db and I found that all forms are there in db but not showing in the admin panel. Also, they are visible properly on my site. but I got an error when I try to submit any of them. Help ASAP!
