suddenly cannot access website

    Hi all,
    I’ve been struggling to find the solution for this problem.
    Suddenly my website is not accessible.

    Some of the error message is this:
    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function apply_filters_deprecated()

    for more information, you can just straight away go to the link.

    So, any advice what to do or how to solve this problem?

    using FTP or File Manager
    temporarily rename plugins folder
    this will deactivate all plugins
    seems like a plugin is having trouble (avia instagram?)
    might need to delete or troubleshoot any plugins with problem

    Thanks for your prompt support.

    I have tried, this used to be working for my previous problem.
    But now, it doesn’t.
    I have renamed all the plugins (added postfix “-“) and still couldn’t solve the problem.

    Any other advice?
    Or maybe, if possible, how do I export all the contents (via FTP) so that I can create new wordpress and import them all into new one?

    YEAY!

    I found the solution.

    So, I tried to change the theme to default one “twentyeleven” and disable all the plugins by renaming it.

    So how to change theme to default without login to admin? We still can use via CPANEL. Here is the steps:

    Now, I can login. So I can confirm now that the source of the problem is on the theme itself.

    Next step is I will just login to admin, find new theme, and install.
