    I use PD on three different websites (each built using a different WP theme). On one it is working normally. On the other two sites, when I try to edit an existing record or add a new one, upon hitting “submit” or “apply”, I get the message “This site can’t be reached. The connection was reset.” This happens even when I deactivate all the other plugins on the site, and regardless of browser, device or Internet connection. I was using PD successfully yesterday on one of these sites, yet today I cannot – though I made no changes or updates to the site in the meantime. And, as I say, on a third site, it works fine. What is going on?

    It’s working now. No idea what was happening there.

    That kind of thing is typically some temporary issue with the server…those are server error messages. If it keeps happening, I’d suggest you contact your web host to see if they can find the cause.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Isn’t it odd, though, that it is only happening on two sites, although all three are hosted on the same server?

    Also, the problem was only temporarily fixed on one of the sites when I restored the site from a day-old backup; however, when WordPress logged me out and I logged back in again to that restored copy of the site, the problem resumed.

    Anyway, I have written to the web host, and will see what they have to say. Thanks for taking the time to respond/advise, and thanks again for a great plugin.
