    I have been using product feed pro to generate feeds to google merchant automatically without problem for the past year. I received an email from Google this morning saying the product has dropped to 0.

    I checked the CSV file it generates and it only has a few lines and everything is a mess. I have not changed any settings recently. The only plugin updated was Yoast & Elementor.

    Also the timeline shows the plugin was not working properly since the last update. A lot of product was added to the website but only a few were reflected in the product numbers in Google merchant.

    Any suggestion is appreciated!

    Just wondering is there any way to send that information to you privately.

    I set the plugin to generate a feed daily. Basically, the auto-generated version is toasted but manually it works like usual. This is the part of the log that shows item numbers and they are suppose to be consistent.

    Now I am getting an empty feed regardless. (Previously the auto-generated one is empty but the manual version is good)

    Well, I rolled back to the previous version. Everything works for now. I’ll update if it happens again.

    Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our assistance is no longer required I will close this topic for now for housekeeping reasons.
