• Hello,

Today while I was working on one of the website I created and maintain, I tried going to central to see what is the domain status. I found that all of the websites that were connected to that account (4 since it was a test before I move all the other domains) is showing all of the (4) domains as having connection issues.

    Problem description:

    – When trying to add a domain from the plugin itself or from central the process ends with the following error message: “…Unable to resolve domain redirects…”

    – When I go to Central -> Connection Issues -> Show Details I find the following error message: “…Connection timed out after 30000 milliseconds…”

    – All websites are on the same hosting and were working just fine since June 2021 when we moved our websites to the new hosting

    Solutions tried:

    – SSL/TSL is active on my domains: All get an A+ grade on SSL Checker
    – Wordfence -> Tools -> Diagnostics -> Connectivity: all is marked with an OK.
    – Wordfence -> Tools -> Diagnostics -> Other Tests: Clear Connection data, done with no change

What should I do in order to be able to connect them into central?

    Regards,
    Harry

    Hi Phil,

    It was as you suggested:

IP event history for [54.68.32.247] (outbound.wordfence.com) public page
    United States

    Globally greylisted on 2022-01-20 08:17:10
    Globally blacklisted on 2022-01-27 08:24:56
This IP is on global blacklist.
Incident records count 552 (overall: 34529)
    Last successful challenge 2022-01-12 13:38:53
    2022-02-01 09:01:34 | Manually removed by user.

    Now it seems to work

    Thanks,

    Harry
