Quotation marks wrong displayed

  • Hallo!

    Suddenly leading quotation marks turn into -)

    e. g. “test” turns into -)test”

    AND all zeros are disappeared

    e. g. “170” turns into “17”

    Some help would be great.

    Obviously the plugin CUSTOM SMILIES is the cause of the trouble. It doesn’t work with latest WP upgrade.
