Suddenly Seeing Two links

Hi,

For some reason i have started to see both links for UK and Canada. I’m based in the UK and for some of my previous short codes i saw only the UK link when viewing my website but now i’m getting both Uk and Canadian links (so basically the text is repeated twice, one pointing to UK, one pointing to Canada) but the United states one is remaining hidden for me.

Any ideas please?
