Suddenly stopped working

Hi, I have been using your plugin for a while and it has been great but it has suddenly stopped working. I have tried disabling other plugins but that didn’t help. I noticed you have a code on your site – would that be an alternative and if so where should I put it. If it helps I am currently using commons in a box / cbox theme. Thanks
