The reports are now showing up not correctly, seems it does not load some JS scripts.

We have a message about “AdBlock browser extension detected”, but it remains even after we removed AdBlock extension from the browser…

We uninstalled Slimstats, reinstalled it, no change.

We are using it on 2 domains, same thing. We desactivated all plugins we updated AFTER the last slimstat update, nothing changed…

Please refrain from opening multiple tickets for the same issue, as it’s not respectful of the time we dedicate to supporting our plugin. Thank you.

Sorry, the point is that the other account is “moderated” and as the post did not show up I thought it was deleted. I will try to delete the other post…

I cleaned the browser cache and WP cache, no way, and moreover I saw that NO javascript at all is loaded on the the slimstat “general view page”, the WP menu’s options do not show up at all! On the “Settings” page of Slimstat, all is normal…

That is the same on the 2 sites that are using Slimstat.

Any idea where it can come from? I assume that stats are still collected but so, we cannot see them…

Does the page load scripts from external sites (your site for example)? We had some problems with another extension that loads scripts from Google and access was temporary blocked by our ISP for some reasons…

Problem solved, an extension on my browsers (Opera and Firefox) made problems. For information, the extension is windscribe-vpn… Even when turned OFF, it created problems on Slimstats. After I removed it completely, all is right.
