Suddenly textfield shown, which is not in "fields".

Hi there,
since yesterday (no changes whatsoever on my side done – was not even close to a computer) all easy contact form forms show a text field underneath the captcha, which is actually not there (i.e. it is not a field in the backend under fields).
Might it be a captcha plugin error or so? It occurs in all browsers like Chrome, IE and Firefox.
