Suddenly the dashboard stops showing data

    Hi, after many months the dashboard suddenly stops working. The loading indicator is spinning forever, but no data shows up. The console shows a lot of 401 errors:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 ()
    /wp-json/wc-analytics/reports/orders/stats?after=2019-01-01T00%3A00%3A00&before=2019-01-16T23%3A59%3A59&interval=day&order=asc&per_page=100&_locale=user:1

    On a second site (french) that is pretty much the same, everything works fine. Any ideas what might be the problem?

    @cutu234 When this happens there are a couple things to try

    – Navigate to a non-WooCommerce page then back to the page you were on
    – if that doesn’t help, try logging out then back in again

    A couple other things that might cause this are security plugins and script optimizing plugins.

    Can you follow up and let us know if the above worked?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I forgot to keep you in the loop. I’m pretty sure it’s the WP Rocket plugin that’s causing these problems. After disabling and clearing the cache, everything was back to normal. It’s strange though, since we haven’t had any problems for more than a year. It seems that Javacript is accumulating in the cache folder over time and might cause some conflicts.

    Hi @cutu234 , thanks for the heads up! We do see issues with WP Rocket from time to time where things just randomly stop working out of the blue after being fine for months. Sorry for the trouble, but I’m glad you found the cause! I’m going to go ahead and mark this as resolved, but feel free to open a new thread if you have any further questions!
