Suddenly, WordPress is sorting my posts randomly, also changing the date

  • Hey folks,

    two weeks ago I′ve discovererd a strange thing on my site. Suddenly, WordPress began to sort my frontpage posts randomly and on a daily basis, setting the publish date to the latest (today) and shifting my oldest posts at the very top.

    I didn′t used a plugin to sort posts before and can′t figure out on my own what causes this bug..

    Any help is much appreciated!

    The problem with my managed wordpress

    If it’s managed, you should be able to ask the people who manage it for you to fix it. Isn’t that what you’re paying for?

    The problem you are experiencing is a malfunction that I personally have never seen occur unless the website has been hacked. I am 99.9% certain that a hack has caused this headache.

    As for the permissions questions, yes, change it back to 0755.
