Sorry I wasn’t finished. I would also like to create a different “look” for my sidebars. Is it possible to create a new look for sidebars in Photoshop and then upload on Flickr and copy the URL and then just copy and paste the URL somewhere as with the header?

Thanks again to any and all and if Sayontan answers in which most likely he will, thank you in advance your hard work and dedication!!!!

    Thanks-

The tutorial is very comprehensive in what you have to do for your first question. Check around the 1:40 time mark in the video – it explains how to switch from a single rolled-up view to a more expanded view. I hope you understand that it is not about “creating tabs”, but you have to actually create the pages / categories that you want to show up there.

For your second question, you will need to make entries in the custom CSS option for it and a ton of debugging – it is not as simple as copying and pasting a URL.

Hey Sayontan, that’s what I tried earlier yesterday. I followed the directions per https://www.livehealthfullynow.com/flash/navbarbasics.swf, or at least I thought I did and tried it again today thinking I must have missed something. I went into my Dashboard -> Posts -> Categories -> and typed in my new category name clicked “add category” but when I went back to my site (whatsinyours.com), nothing. The only “tabs” that appear are the default ones, “Home” and “Uncategorized”. However when I’m in my Categories page, my new categories such as “travel” and “bags” appear. How come it doesn’t in the home page. Did I forget to click something?

Also, my picture I’ve uploaded does not appear when I typed my web site’s URL directly in the address bar, but appears from time to time when I log in.

    Please help.

You need to have posts assigned to a category for it to show in the options.

I have no clue about your second question about your image URL.

    Sayontan.

PS: I am not sure if I am violating forum policies by asking, but for some general housekeeping, can you please mark questions resolved as such? I believe you have asked quite a few questions and they might have been resolved.
