Suffusion – Removing Bottom Nav Gap

Hello,

I am currently working on Suffusion 4.4.6. If you go to my blog ( https://www.managersareheroes.com/ ) you will notice that there is a gap between my banner and the content below where the bottom nav used to be. I removed the nav in the theme options but there’s still a empty gap there. How would I go about to removing that? Also I have a bonus question… I want to bring my top nav text links into the gray box my banner image is located in, right above the banner image its self. Any ideas on how I would go about doing that?
