[Sug] Create own blocks

You know how you got to modify wp-sidebar.php to create your own blocks?…Why not make it so you can create blogs with 2 clicks in the admin CP?…
Maybe create it in:
Write>Blocks>
And there add:
Create a new block
Modify a block
etc..
And you can add html and php and stuff…
