Suggest a theme for this site

  • I’m building an HTML site that I’ve suddenly decided I want to rebuild in WordPress. What I’m looking for is a theme that would be most easy to convert in terms of style and customization.

    I already know there are a few things that will need to be changed no matter what theme I find:

    • Creating a static HTML page for the home page.
    • Using Conditional Tags in the Widget Logic plugin to create different sidebars for each page.

    Now, here’s what I’m looking for in a theme:

    • Left and right sidebars whose size can easily by adjusted.
    • Clean, minimal, modern design with nice typography very similar to the Modern Clix theme.
    • Overall ease of customization since I know very little about coding.

    I’d also like suggestions for a gallery plugin which imitates what I’m doing here. Right now I’m using the Lightbox2 script. Oops. Looks like I might have found it here.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
