Suggest a Theme please? it’s overwhelming

  • I am new to WordPress and am exited to get my hands dirty utilizing WordPress for one of my own sites/products before offering it to my clients.

    This is the current site (incredibly outdated yes indeed) https://www.deltamaps.com (the new site will be https://www.TheCaDelta.com)

    I am wrapping the completion of the new 2010 CA Delta Boaters Map and need a COOL site to house it.

    The cartoon side of this map has 85 advertisers, they will all receive their own web page within my site.

    MAIN ELEMENTS THAT NEED TO BE INCLUDED:
    1. A Web page for each advertiser
    2. I need to highlight a few these businesses on the home page
    3. I need to incorporate banner ads
    4. I need to integrate my current shopping cart,or other, as I sell these maps online (see current site)

    THEME?
    Boating, tropical, fun

    ANY Suggestions???
