Suggest to Improve Plugin

Just a suggestion, not a bug or error.

1. Move the admin column to a Tab on its own for user to quickly identify which settings Admin Column has.
2. Add Column title option to override custom title of column instead of the field name.
3. Switch for disable/enable sorting of column
4. (optional) I think you can remove the width the default is more ok than setting up custom width.
