Suggested Tags – For Custom Taxonomies

I love this plugin, in particular because it helps me manage multiple writers using our tags and not creating a mess. HOWEVER – Does anyone know how to modify the plugin so that it can also do the click to suggest tags feature but for custom taxonomies? Thanks in advance
