Suggestion

  • This seems like a great find. I read that for non-members of Getty Images, there is still a M+ library of images available for use on a site. A great workaround if you are concerned about image copyrights. My suggestion is some further developing? I’d really love to see the embed/search/use function integrated into a widget? For instance, selecting a number of images from the available library, which will display in a widget and possibly rotate? Haven’t begun to use it yet, but I have a keen fascination with World War Two, and I searched this term and came up with 75,000 plus images to choose from!

    Hi, thanks for the suggestion. That’s a good one, and is something we haven’t really thought of… a way to create some sort of a photo gallery using the widget. We’ll add this to our list for consideration.

    And I’m glad you like our WWII images. There’s some powerful photos in there.
