I have an annoying problem that I can’t solve:

I sell electronic products so I have no need for shipping so I have ticked the “Disregard shipping for this product” on each product.

I also have Shipping turned off in the Store / Settings / Shipping section.

However, when the visitor orders a product and goes to the “Verify your order” page they are still forced to fill out the Shipping details. No matter what I do I can’t get rid of the Shipping details from this page.

Also, even if the visitor fills out the Shipping details they still don’t get the download button presented to them so they can download the product they just bought.

Even If the product is a free digital product they still don’t get the download button to download the item.

    Any one have any ideas?

    Anyone??

Here is a bit of additional information:

I have made a basic free electronic product to keep the testing simple.

When the customer clicks ‘go to checkout’ after having selected the free product they are taken to the ‘Verify Order’ screen where they need to fill out their personal details.

Then they click “Make Purchase” and they are then taken to the next screen where they get the ‘Transaction Results’ screen:

Thank you, your purchase is pending, you will be sent an email once the order clears.

Thank you for purchasing with us, any items to be shipped will be processed as soon as possible, any items that can be downloaded can be downloaded using the links on this page.

All prices include tax and postage and packaging where applicable.

    You ordered these items:

    1 – Free Electronic Product $0.00
    Your Purchase No.: 15

    Total: $0.00

    Total Shipping: $0.00

You’ll not that it clearly states that a download button should appear on this page.

    It doesn’t.

Any one have any ideas how to get the download button to appear on this page?
