Suggestion: Add all Elements in a Modal / popup Interface

    First of all thanks for such a great plugin, I just have one suggestion, I find it cumbersome to drag elements from the left side panel, i would like to suggest that you guys should add functionality a la WP bakery Page builder – Whenever someone clicks on the ‘Plus’ Icon to add new element a modal box / popup box that has all elementor elements needs to come up, any element select from that box should be added directly into that empty ‘+’ section. Just like WP bakery page builder. Your Plugin is miles ahead of any other plugin.

  • If I understand you correctly:
    Say I add a column with 4 widget areas and I click on image, which section is the image going to be added to. Dragging the element to the spot where you want it is more flexible. I can change my mind and put it above or below the current element or a different widget area without going back and clicking a destination spot.

    I just watched a video on Gutenberg and it is similar to what you asked about but personally I didn’t think the process was user friendly.

    Not saying you are wrong at all, everyone has their own perception..

    Yeah Gutenberg works in similar fashion but Motopress builder is more like the option i said, you can both drag and drop plus you can also point and click. Motopress has both features but it is nowhere near Elementor when it comes to features. I thought I would be great if we have both drag N drop + Click and Choose functionality in the Elementor. Just my two cents.

    Now that I think of it, it would almost be like a Copy and Paste. As an addition but not as a replacement sounds good.

    I tried Gutenberg and I was not impressed.

    Yeah I agree, Gutenberg ain’t good. Worst UI Design for a pagebuilder.
