Suggestion Box: Conditional Email Recipients

Hi:

A block with a pulldown where the form user could choose to select the recipient email within the organization could be useful. i.e.

selection text >(pulldown)
This enquiry is about >(cats) goes to catlady@
This enquiry is about >(dogs) goes to dogguy@

The thought is it might be helpful for a base contact form that could be directed to different internal departments.
