Suggestion: Daily Email setting for blacklist notifications

Since the addition of instant blacklisting for any admin user login attempts my email notifications have been going crazy!
I don’t want to disable the email notifications entirely, but it would be great to have the option to roll up notifications into a daily report.
Malware detection type events are obviously things you want to know about immediately, but I’d think that things like blacklist notifications could quite safely be reported on periodically rather than instantly.
In the long run as more and more notification triggering features are added it would make sense to have a tiered notification level where we can set the frequency of notifications for each tier of alarm – but for now just being able to reduce the frequency of the admin blacklisting would be great!
